I applied online. I interviewed at Kumon (Fremont, CA)
Interview
Take a test to determine the math and reading level you are at. You will also get a nice tour to see how things works around there. The test will be taken with the program director. Don't be nervous for the test, or you might score low. Everyone here was very nice.
in person and a test was required, not a hard process or test. the test was to only see how well you do in certain subjects but didnt determine if you got the job or not
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kumon (Tustin, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview. They asked very simple questions like why I would like to work there and what are my strengths and weaknesses. After phone interview I was asked to schedule an in person interview and meet the boss. The whole process was very laid back and fairly straight forward. They don't ask you any trick questions or anything too complicated. After my in-person interview I was asked for my schedule and when I could start working. The boss had me fill out paperwork to become an official employee and I was hired on the spot. The whole process took about a week, but would have been quicker if I scheduled my in-person interview earlier.
