Kumon Tutor interview questions

One on one interview which was quite short and asking about experience with kids, past jobs, availability, transport, etc. Then was emailed a questionnaire with more descriptive questions such as why Kumon, why do you think you're fit for the job, etc.

very short, looked over my resume, asked about teaching experience. the director was very chill and laid back and seemed passionate about running the center. they give you a folder filled with all the information you need and a very detailed contract packet to sign.
