Kumon Tutor interview questions

There was behavioral part where it was mostly on previous experience and math/readings skill. then I had to take a test and get a certain percentage. I got the offer after the test was graded

Not a very complex process - basic questions to gauge interest and commitment. My interviewer was the owner of the Kumon center and she was very kind. I would imagine that most of the decision-making was based on the resume.
