Kumon interview questions

I got a callback first and scheduled a time to come in person in the center. Talked to the center owner about my previous tutoring experience and solved some pretty easy math problems.

The interview was pretty standard. The instructor asked me how I did in school and why I wanted to work at Kumon. It was a part-time job for me at that time. Then she gave me one of the Kumon tests to take. I scored average, but my enthusiasm got me the job.
