Online assessment followed by behavioral questions. The interview was to understand my background and what age level I would be able to tutor. The interviewer wanted to know my educational qualifications as well.
Asked about my background and experience working with children and teaching.
Mostly a phone screening and a second interview in person. Overall felt straight forward and if you have tutored in the past, you will do fine most likely.

Question 1
Give me an example where you had to teach a student that wasn't receptive
it was not very time consuming just some basic questions about the subject you choose to tutor, but the pay is pretty bad so i wouldnt recommend it. it might be a fun first job though
