Kumon interview questions

SImple - Sit for 2 academic papers to gauge command of subjects for internal assessments and 2 rounds of interview. First round to meet HR and possible Superior. Second round to meet GM. Once recommended to meet GM, unless you screw up big time, you are likely to be accepted.

There were two rounds of interviews. The first round I met with the HR Manager and the second round I met with the HR business partner who was responsible for a lot of the hiring in Canada.
