I applied in-person. I interviewed at Kumon (Hoxton, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was interviewed at Hoxton. I was asked if I wanted to mark and help the children or be an administrative assistant, I chose to be a marker. I then wrote a test to see my level in English and Maths to see if I was qualified to help the children.
I went and submitted my application at the center, and a few weeks later I got a call asking when I could start. On my first day, I just had to read through the Kumon handbook and the director asked a few basic questions. It was easy and relaxed, but not a real interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kumon in Aug 2015
Interview
Interviewer asked a couple questions, went through my resume with me, and then informed me about job description and responsibilities. Usually have to take a proficiency test to see that you are capable to tutor students but didn't have to since I was a former Kumon student. Ended up being offered a teaching assistant position instead on same day.
