Kumon interview questions

Very straight forward. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I did have to take one of their reading and math tests which took me forever because I did not brush up on certain math subjects. It didn't really matter if you did well or not, they just wanted you to see how the worksheets are.

They ask you about your past experience with kids or tutoring. They also ask about your availability to make sure you can work the required hours. It is really just to check there is nothing completely off with the prospective employee.
