Kumon interview questions

I had applied through Facebook. I followed up with the manager with a phone call and was asked via email about my availablity. Then, they asked me to interview a couple days later.

It was a standard interview, where they asked about your strengths and weaknesses etc. Had to complete diagnostic testing, which I was not expecting, so you should try and brush up on your English or Maths (depending on which one you're applying for).
