Super simple - Questions about whether you went to kumon as a kid and familiar with their teaching styles. With this being said, they also asked about committment and if you can stay working there for a year.
It was an online interview asking some basic questions about myself, and relevant experiences. I also had to do a short exam testing my math and reading skills. Overall it wasn’t too bad, and if you know your basic math and reading you should do fine.
