The process was through whatsapp, they asked for my spm results / trial spm results. They focus on your eng, math & addmath results . Pls do ask for how much you will get paid before confirm applying there as they will not let you know and the pays quite small .

phone interview. interviewer asking several questions regarding qualification, spm results, why want to be teacher, whether interest with kids or not, can work during night and weekend, have a child or not
I turned up and was asked a few questions about my education and motivations for working with them. They asked me to do an hour of unpaid labour as a 'trial'.
