It was on a place that the mother of a friend worked at and it was in a season where there were many more kids enrolled because of the summertime, so they asked if I wanted to work with them for a while
I met with the manager, and they asked me about my previous experience of teaching or working with Kumon. They ask about their vision/mission statement. It's really casual because though it's a big company, each location has only one manager.
You need proof of residence and ID, and must take a timed test covering basic 5th-grade math skills. It's straightforward but requires quick thinking and accurate calculation. I don't recall taking an English test version but they were nice.
