1. It was a brief phone call it figure out a schedule whether you can come in to taken an exam.
2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.

Interview
The interview process was quite easy. My friend simply referred me, and the manager gave me a call for a phone interview. After we spoke she knew I was qualified so she called me in for 1:1 interview. After the interview she immediately offered me the position. The interview process consisted of a few behavioral questions and questions on my mathematics and english skills.

She asked me how to solve a few math problems, which I don't remember, but it was quite easy.
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.

Lighthearted and fun conversation! The boss was very polite and informative on the position and explained a lot about the structure and students. Once on the job, I cultivated an engaging and interactive classroom environment that ignited students' enthusiasm for learning. By tailoring teaching methods to individual learning styles, I fostered a strong sense of interest and participation in the subjects at hand
