Kumon Instructor interview questions

It was a brief interview. They asked me if I wanted to work full time, but I declined and asked to work part time instead. I ended up taking the offer they gave me.

Was asked how much of the teaching material I knew. Took a test and once they confirm you know, they let you observe to see if the job is right for you. Wish more companies did this so you can see exactly what you're getting into.
