Kumon Assistant Tutor interview questions

Around 30 minute discussion with the centre manager about the demands of the job and working with children followed by a maths test to gauge my understanding of different Kumon maths concepts.

Only asked basic questions about availability, no behaviourals. Came in and I was nervous but they were very kind. Wasn't even really an interview, but they also asked about what I'm studying and other commitments I would have apart from Kumon.
