Interview
Interview process was pretty relaxed as it was more personal than technical. The interviewers do mix in basic technical questions that you should be prepared for (I.e. walk through a DCF, how to value a private company, etc.) but these are mostly to test that you have prepared for the interview and thought process. You will learn a majority of the work on the job.

Interview
You need to know about private debt instruments, securitized products among other alternative assets and basic knowledge of financial valuation methodology, financial modelling.
Technical round followed by behavioural round.
Basic stuff.
