I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kroll (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2023
Interview
There were 2 interviews, and I must say that the interviewing process was quite smooth and stress-free. But, after attending the final interview and being assured by the managers that HR manager would get back to me within 2-week’s time with the decision on my behalf, Kroll fell off the radar and is still ghosting me. I’d understand if no one got back to me after the initial interview as those are early stages and it’s too difficult to keep so many people posted about their application status (even though I strongly believe all employers should get back to all applicants at all stages of the hiring process), but displaying such disregard for candidates who’ve made it to the final stage, to my mind, is unacceptable and should be always critiqued and brought to light. Shame on you for that, Kroll! P.S. Never let any employer make you wait or feel less important than you are, guys. We are these companies’ fire power, not the other way around.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kroll
Interview
2 interviews. One is to know you and get to know your background/interests and the second one is a little bit more functional to get to know how much experience you have with responsibilities similar to the ones of the role.
