Kroger interview questions

We met at a college career fair. I gave their representatives my resume, we spoke for 10 minutes, and I was called back for an interview. I sat at a table with them and they asked me questions, I answered, then I had my opportunity to ask questions. A few weeks later I got a call asking if I am still interested and if I would like to come visit the plant. I visited, they gave me an offer, and I accepted.

Asked questions about strengths and weaknesses. Questions about situations when you rised above and went beyond. There were no sorry of negotiations. I accepted the offer and went to work 3 days later. Every employee is hired at the same rate of pay according to their position. This is a union job!
