I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kroger (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2015
Interview
It was easy, simple, and laid back. It made you believe that working there would actually be a good job before throwing you in and unleashing hell. You read over the jobs they had positions for. If you got highered you went in and took a drug test. Its just a really bad tasting stick you have to suck on for 2 minutes so it absorbs your saliva so they can test it. After that you go onto training.

Interview
I check in at the front desk with a customer service clerk for my interview, and have a seat by the doors. I get called upstairs for my interview, fairly simple process, very relaxing, pretty much had the job when I walked in and just reviewed paperwork and took a saliva drug test
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kroger (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2015
Interview
I applied online and got a call back about 2-3 weeks later. The caller explained the available positions and set up an interview for the following week. The interviewer was laid-back and asked typical STAR interview questions. Unfortunately, the interview ended after I was informed that Kroger was not hiring students available for only seasonal work.
