I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kroger (Jackson, MS) in Jun 2012
Interview
They interview process wasn't long. The first time you come in they ask you questions, and all the other good stuff. The second time they called you, you had to do a background check and all that. The next time they called, you got hired and had to take a training class that you get paid for.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kroger (Willis, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
Late getting started but went by very quick. We were in a group of ten people and divided into 2 groups to do a promotional product of our choice. We filled out our paperwork and then did the cheek swab for our drug test. No mention of hours and pay were even asked or offered by interviewer. We were told we would be notified by email when training will begin. I hope this is worth it. After reading the reviews I'm not so sure.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kroger (Houston, TX)
Interview
I arrived on time but had to wait 30-40 mins, for the interviewer. It started off with asking about my background and experience with dispatch. I was then taken to the operations building where another dispatcher gave me an overview of day-to-day activity. Lastly, the transportation supervisor briefly interviewed me and explained the salary and job duties more clearly.
