Kroger interview questions

I interviewed along with about five other people. We were asked about any previous work experience that we have had and then we were asked to fill out a questionnaire about Kroger, like what we knew about the company. We were then asked a few simple questions. After that the interviewers (Store Manager, and Administrative Assistant) left the room. They came back shortly and separated us into two groups. One group got hired on the spot, and the other group didn't.

Very smooth, managers were very accessible and open. The conversation was natural and they seemed very passionate about the customer. They will have a packet of questions and the human resources rep will take turns asking questions along with the district manager. It is intimidating at first but it gets better after a couple questions.
