Kroger interview questions

Showed up at store and meet with HR. Friendly and fairly informal interview. I expected the process to more difficult than it ended up being. Was offered a job on the spot barring background check.

Group interview, team exercises & roll playing. Bunch of nonsense & in depth questions for a minimum wage job that a monkey could do. Not very informative, go to one location for group interview so you don't even get to interview with people at the actual location you'd be working at. Couldn't even tell you how much you would get paid. Not to mention they have you apply online and then ask you the same questions you've already answered in the group interview. Also they couldn't locate my application & asked me to do it over again. The online application takes at least an hour. The whole process is just ridiculous.
