I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kroger (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Series of interviews with HR, the General Manager, and Maintenance leadership. The process took about 4 hours. It was pretty painless. Then I was offered a tour of the facility. A word of advice, do not get awe struck by the facility. Really pay attention to the condition of the equipment and the interaction between the workers and management. At lot can be learned before you make a decision.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kroger (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2015
Interview
I got an interview scheduled by a recruiter. The 1st interview was a group interview by the employer's several staff pharmacist and one senior pharmacist. They all have a copy of my resume. Each pharmacist asked me a question. Those questions are like: how many years have I been working as a pharmacist? Tell them more about my work experiences. Where am I working now? what's my current work schedule? My availability? why am I looking to leave my current employment?
Then one week later I got a call from a recruiter that the employer wants me to come back for a 2nd interview. I got the 2nd interview scheduled about 1 month after the 1st interview. There's only the manager and a lead technician at the interview. The manager asked me to tell him more about my school, work experiences, family and why leaving the current job. He asked more about clinical questions.
