I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process was quite standard. Phone screen, first round team interview, then final round panel interview. All interviews were conducted virtually and the process for scheduling these and using the software was easy.
Despite the process being fine enough, after the final round interview I was 100% ghosted. Nary a peep via email, text, email, nothing. I find this incredibly inconsiderate, unprofessional, and indicative of how a company conducts themselves as a whole. It also shows that they have a proclivity to view employees as cogs, rather than human beings, regardless of how they may put out the message of "being a family".
My experience was very easy. The district manager asked questions about my work ethic and personality (weaknesses and strengths). Nothing too difficult and seemed like they were just ready to hire someone
Applied on line, took less that 20 minutes
