Korn Ferry Research Associate interview questions

Started with initial call with associate for screening. Had to go through 4 additional rounds of interviews, each with someone successively higher up on my team. They interview for a living, so they didn’t waste any time and got right into tough questions.

Very unorganized process, took me almost a year from starting to talk to them to actually being hired. Company doesn't have it together, only cares if you are of immediate interest to them.
