Not great, I sent across my availability which was ignored a few times as they just sent through confirmations for interviews at times I had explained I could not do, before organizing a time.
The first phone screen should have been a red flag for me. The spec I had and what the interviewer had were completely different. I was interviewing for futuresteps and the executive search group however the spec was changed to focus exclusively on the Hay Group. When I explained this I was told I had made a mistake, despite forwarding on the the spec / job I had applied too. It went downhill from this point.
The call itself was fairly straightforwards however the recruiter didn't seem to know what I did. The best way to describe the experience is by trying to explain to a 4 or 5 year old child what you do however they don't have a full grasp of the language.
In the end no response or feedback what so ever. Probably the most unprofessional interview process I have ever been a part of.
