Korn Ferry interview questions

First meeting, introduced through recruiter - was a zoom meeting to go more into CV and background. Good interview, fairly standard questions - not much to prepare for other than being able to walk through details of CV

Interview process is pretty normal, but the part that is bad is that once they are done with you, they are done with you. They ghost you instead of properly telling you will not receive an offer and if you call them, they refuse to give any feedback. I have been a finalist three times, but failed to get any offers. They will not provide any details about what secret sauce I am missing.
