Interview
Fast just reviewed my resume I submitted online and everything else went smooth. Interviewed with a man name Dave. The whole processes a bit disorganized though. I was called a few days after I submitted my resume. I was scheduled for 7:30am (not cool), I made it to the interview at 7:10 am and didn't get interviewed until 8:10. I spoke to the security guard when I came into the building. He told me to sit and wait as time went by I started to freak out because I was like ummm does anyone knows why I'am Here???? so I ask the security just that... Finally i saw some one come to the customer service desk and i walked u to them told them about my situation and the spoke to a team lead. The lead called HR and then sent me to the back of the store. I sat down and explained to him that I've been siting there for about about 40 minutes just pretty much waiting for someone the interview was quick we just reviewed my resume and that was it. He told me welcome aboard and wait for an email.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Kmart (Carolina, PR) in Sep 2014

Question 1
Do you ever set a goal? If so, have you reached that goal?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kmart (Florissant, MO) in Mar 2014
Interview
Apply, contact hiring manager a day after, try to set up an appointment and have an relatively easy interview. If you get hired, then you'll have to spend the next 2-3 days doing a HAND full of annoying simulations that have nothing to do with overnight stocking. They'll have you working 3 or 4 of the 7 nights and have you work 11-6am.

Question 1
Not really one, just be yourself and be honest.. they do check, and they require background and drug tests.
If you dont do any serious drugs and have a clean record you should be fine.
