Kmart interview questions

The HR manager was late by about an hour, but I stuck around since I really needed the job. I was 16 at the time. She asked me about my work experience, no situational questions. She then had me wait another 30 minutes while she did some paper work and talked with the store manager. I overheard her saying to him that she really liked how I dressed professional and was polite. Hired on the spot. Wouldn't recommend the company whatsoever but the interview was super easy! Some of my coworkers later told me that they walked in the room and were offered the job, no questions at all.

Applied online which was very convoluted Called in for interview two weeks later. Spoke to the HR rep and she asked me some very basic questions as this was my first job. She told me that they were hiring a number of people and I would begin training in a few weeks
