Interview

I applied online and was contacted by the AP District Manager maybe 1 week later. He asked me some questions then had a Store Manager contact me to set up an interview. I interviewed with the store manager maybe 20-30 minutes. I then interviewed with the APDM the next day for maybe an hour, not really an interview more like a conversation with a few questions thrown in.

she hired me on the spot, she was really nice it didn't take that long interview process took a couple of minutes, i had y uniform the following day for training it only took 1 -5 days for training to end

I was contacted to come in for an interview and was told to bring my proof of age and proof that i was in school..During the interview i was asked a few questions like why did you choose kmart..Then i was told i got the job that same interview
