Kmart interview questions

First received a phone interview. WIthin a week was called for a 1 on 1 interview with the district manger. A week later a panel interview with the regional manager and two other regional associates. Was called with a verbal offer within hours.

Arrived at the store location and was told to go into the back, wan't shown where to go had to search for the door. Finally found the right door and was invited into the office. The interviewer could barely speak English she told me to tell me about myself then asked for experience which I had none and she basically told me she was looking for someone with experience and she would call for a different position.
