Kmart interview questions

Easy interview, management was very nice. They basically asked me questions about myself such as college ,and previous job information. I got hired on the spot, and it took about a week to get trained. The training was paid, so that was a plus. The only downside was that I watched a bunch of videos, and shadowed a person at the register for about a couple of hours before the put me on. But it's pretty easy overall.

I applied on a Friday, dropped off some resumes on Monday, got a call on Tuesday, and scheduled an interview for Thursday. I came in on Thursday, answered a few questions and scheduled for an appointment with the manager the next day. The manager wasn't there the next day, but the lady that I had interviewed with the day before was given authorization to hire me. So I filed information for my background check and now I have the job.
