Kmart interview questions

I filled out and submtted my application online and it included personal info, work history and a personality test. A few days later they called me in for an interview. During the interview she asked the normal interview questions, "What did you do in this situation", etc.... The interview went okay and a few days later I recieved a phone call from them and they hired me. I came in for orientation a few days later and started work the next day.

I was interviewed by the hiring manager, who just asked about my availability and what hours I'd be willing to work. She scheduled a second interview the following week and I was interviewed by the head manager. After I was told I got a job offer, but would have to take a drug test, sign papers and I'd get a call to continue to the next step. Which is orientation. I got a call back after three weeks and was ask to come in the next day. Its overall an easy interview, just be yourself and answer their questions as best as you can. Good Luck!
