Kmart interview questions

It was a very relaxed interview, she just asked basic questions about my availability and if im comfortable handling money. i think i over prepared for it lol. they didn't ask about experience or resume or anything. just my id and social security number. EASY. ADVICE: just go in and be yourself , answer the questions like you think they want you too , and have open availability and you will be just fine. ALSO try to keep the small talk going, because in retail, you have a lot of small talk with customers

Ok, so getting into Kmart is an easy process. First I filled out the application online in early January and did not hear anything back from them. So I called them in the middle of February and the HR manager told me to come in for an interview the following Monday. You must call because they usually don't call people. I went in for the interview they make you wait in the employee break room for it seem like for ever. Then they call you back one by one to get interviewed by the store manager and the HR manager. The interview wasn't really an interview they both just told you what was expected and that you will be being paid minimum wage. They make you fill out all these papers and watch videos. Depending on the time of your interview they might start training you that day.
