Kmart interview questions

Met with the HR associate, they asked a few questions about myself (i.e. where I grew up, where I went to school, and past employers). They also asked about my availability. Then they had me fill out a form for background check, gave me a conditional job offer. An hour or so later they called and offered me the job)

I went in dressed up in business casual attire for the interview. The interviewer was very nice and friendly. Asked the basics, but no behavioral or situational type questions which was fine with me. I started work the next week.
