Kmart interview questions

The interview process at Kmart was very easy. It was my first job interview ever, and I was expecting a lot worse than what I got. When they called me in, they pretty much just went through some of the information provided on my application, such as my availability and pay, discussed which department I'd like to be in, and gave me information pertaining to my orientation.

The interviewer was professional and wanted to know what my plans in life are. It took about a half hour. They let me know right away that i got the job. They did tell me that i would have to work third shift occasionally also and that proved to be very true. I haven't looked back since then.
