Kmart interview questions

It was basic as it gets. They go by the manuel. Hardly ask any questions that matter. Because they will be working with me so they should get to know who i am more. not what generic questions can answer. They made me feel welcome so that's nice. Interview room small. 15 minute interview.

I was hired as a temp, so the interview process was really more of a quick rundown of what was expected of me. We were told the basics: appearance, bathroom breaks, lunch hours, etc. I felt it was lacking in how to treat customers, and a ridiculous amount of time was spent on sexual harassment policy. Never realized it was such a big problem.
