Kmart interview questions

Pretty relaxed, many situation interview questions, friendly. They contacted me within a week of applying, and the entire process took about another week. It was relatively straight-forward. They didn't notify me of a dress code, but I was dressed business casual.

It was a 2 phase interview with an human resource person than if it went well, the store manager. The human resource lady had a series of very basic questions and used a rating system before she passed me on to the store manager.
