Kmart interview questions

I sat down in the HR manager's office and she talked about her personal life for 20 minutes and asked me one interview question. She looked over my resume and application and verified all my information. I signed some papers and got hired on the spot. Overall, it was extremely informal and easy.

They just had me come in for a quick chat to make sure I could walk and chew gum. They did not ask anything beyond where I was going to high school, what grade I was in, how I was doing in school, and then they wanted to make sure I would be available to work all of the inconvenient times (like weekends, for example). They ended by asking if I would be ok with taking a drug test, but they never administered one.
