Kmart interview questions

Applied online and got a call in a few days. Brief phone interview and then had a in-person interview at the store. The whole thing was pretty fast and I was hired on the spot. I was asked a lot of scenario questions and "explain a time when.." questions.

After applying I called the Hiring Manager once or twice a day for a week or so then: - The hiring manager called me in for an interview (If your chosen for the next part of the hiring process you will have a second interview). - Next, the Lead of the section I was applying for interviewed me. - Lastly, I had to fill out a questionnaire through email and I started the Monday after I completed the resume.
