Kmart interview questions

There were two interviews for this position. I interviewed with the Store Manager first. After he approved, I interviewed with the District Manager. It was pretty much solidified after that.

Day after I applied online, the manager called and asked if I could come in that day. I went in and it was all very casual and she asked me the basic interview questions. I got hired on the spot. I then brought in all required documents for hiring the next day and I started orientation that same week.
