Day after I applied online, the manager called and asked if I could come in that day. I went in and it was all very casual and she asked me the basic interview questions. I got hired on the spot.
I then brought in all required documents for hiring the next day and I started orientation that same week.

When was a time you received great customer service?
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
