Kmart interview questions

They ask only the information you filled in the form before entering and basically is a company looking to employees to pay poorly and demand is much better to try to seek a higher position because they really are not the best

The interview was held well over and hour from my location which proved to be consistent with the work life balance and expectations, going forward. My interview process consisted of a phone I terrier with a recruiter, then an interview with two store managers, then the dm. All interviews were held in the break room of one of the stores with employees listening in. I found it rather unprofessional... more foreshadowing.
