I had the interview in the Human Resources office where the HR manager asked me a series of questions based on my work history. Later, into the interview, she asked me questions testing on what to do in certain situations dealing with customers, conflicts in the store, and how to solve them.

Interview
after applying online and answering seventy assessment questions i was called for an interview. I went in and asked the service desk person where to meet the human resource person. After a polite hello. I was asked why I wanted to work for the company. I told them I had heard it was a great work environment and there was room for growth within the company. She asked me about a great experience helping a customer. I spoke of helping a guy pickout a tv and sound system for his needs and spending an hour explaining all of the different options and how he stopped by a week later to tell me how great everything worked and to thank me. She then told me about how the company operates and the job i was applying for a for. I was then asked about availability and if i had any questions about anything. After a few questions i was offered the job.

Three Different interviews. three different times three different managers. last manager was store manager and alerted me that i had the job. pretty easy interviewing phase. associates were also nice welcoming me.
