Application, Assessment, Phone call (to schedule interview), Interview, Offer, Drug Test (same-day as interview), Orientation. Interview felt informal, very comfortable, first with HR then with a manager. Lots of situational questions which are easy to find and practice online. Tip: Be as cheery as you can and ask questions.

There wasn't a very long interview process. I applied online from some job site and shortly after received a call to come in and interview with a manager. It was quick with basic questions: why do I want the job, prior experience, when can I start, etc.....
