Kmart interview questions

It took a few days (as expected) to get an interview scheduled. Once this happened, I went in, was asked a few questions, and then the manager walked me around the store as a "tour" pinpointing the fundamentals of the store and what the goals are. Once I got back in the office where I was interviewed (after the tour) I was immediately offered the position. However, Kmart was desperate over the holiday season and hired a ton of people easily around the months of October and November. Overall, the interview was quick and simple, but the actual job is ridiculous.

It was weak. Pretty much all it was going online filling out the application. I got scheduled an interview thru the online. I went to talk to the lady and she had me watch videos and then I had to go to the doctor to get a test. After that was done about a day later they called me in and I started next day.
