Kmart Assistant Store Manager interview questions

First had a phone interview with a recruiter then a skills test online. Then got call from district office to setup interview. Interviewed with a SM and DM. They use structured interview guides with questions they read off. Most are situational in nature....the typical interview questions such as...what have you done to drive sales growth? What would you do in this scenario? What is your management style? etc. They seem easily impressed if you're somewhat intelligent. There was a long delay between the interview and actual offer, about a month. Once the offer came, I started within a week.
