Kmart Assistant Store Manager interview questions

The interview process was actually quite pleasant. It began with an interview with the DM, followed by an interview with a recruiter. I then completed a battery of tests administered online. HR couldn't believe how well I did, which really doesn't speak highly for their rank and file because the tests were basic math and leadership skills. I then had an interview with a store manager, then got my job offer. I was shocked at how low the pay was, but with the economy in the tank I took it. There was just a urine test before I started training.

I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to complete a bunch of assessments (Hogans and another personality test that had math questions as well). She told me that she really liked me and moved me forward in the process. I had an interview with the DM and then an SM. The interview with the DM was brief and she only asked me a few personality questions. The interview with the SM was more detailed and he talked a lot about the company.
