Klarna interview questions

I received an e-mail from a recruiter about the position. It was for managing medium sized projects between marketing and development. It seemed interesting to me since I have a background in development and am interested in marketing as well. After talking to the recruiter on the phone we scheduled a phone interview with Klarna. They called me up 5 minutes after the appointed time and we had a chat for about 30 minutes. They asked me about my previous experience, details about the challenges I had faced and how I solved them. They seemed pleased with the interview and said they'd get back to me to book an interview on-site. They never called me back and didn't reply to my e-mails asking about the next step. I can respect that they might not think that I fit the position, don't like me personally or simply picked another candidate - but I think it's simply rude that they'd not return with a response.
