I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Set time. Followed up email to confirm. Met with a team leader. Was asked to take a personality test to figure out the best fit for me. And was told it is timed in some sections. Kind of cool test.

Interview
Pretty easy. Not much of an interview. I was just told about the company and it's up to you to decide if it's a fit for you. No need for a resume. Just sign up and get to learning how to be a successful agent.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Roswell, GA) in Sep 2017
Interview
After completing all the assessment tests, I got an impromptu call from one of the KW associates. I was asked "tell me about yourself" which was really unexpected seeing as I did not receive a preliminary email stating a date/time I would be interviewed over the phone. Nevertheless, I answered the question and then I was told to come in for a traditional interview.
The process was pretty laid back. The interviewer took notes as I spoke, but he never made me feel nervous. All the questions were pretty standard, nothing strange. I do appreciate that the interviewer allowed me to ask questions before we began, that way I could tailor my answers to the specifics of the position (keep in mind, the position listed very few qualifications and KW does not have a very robust video/communications department at the moment-- so there was very little info on their website about their digital video content). By the end of the interview, I realized the job was not "for me". I have a master's in film and wanted to make more than 10$/hr at part-time. I'm sure they'd be an excellent company to work for-- everyone in the office was very kind and helpful-- but I'd like to see their video department expand where I could apply for a junior level position.
I was notified that I was not selected through an email a day after my interview.
